Air valve is used in the compressor to control the flow of gas cylinder components.It is mainly composed of seat,
disc, spring and lift limiter.The rising height or closure between the disc and the seat determines the size and tightness of the gas passage.The spring is mainly used to push the valve plate to close and reduce the impact of lift limiter when the valve plate is opened.Lift limiter can limit the lift of valve plate and can bear seat spring;The opening and closing of the valve plate is controlled by the gas pressure difference inside and outside the cylinder and the spring force, without other driving mechanism, so it is called automatic valve.

The annular space in the middle of the piston is the high-pressure stage working space. The gas discharged from the low-pressure stage is cooled by the interstage cooler and sent to the high-pressure stage for further compression.
